You will learn "tricks of the trade" as you are guided through preparing a host of delectable menu items. At the end of the class, you will enjoy a generous sampling of the foods prepared.

| Each session is 3 - 5 hours in length depending on the course subject, menu and number of people attending. Fee starts at $75 per person (subject to minimums and travel charges). | |

| 50% payment is due at time of booking, balance is due 30 days prior to class date. Fees are non-refundable but the class may be rescheduled | |
